Eastern Beach
Eastern Beach
Did you know that Panmure Bridge disappeared for the day? Well it’s true they went to Eastern Beach for their school picnic.
On Monday 4 March the whole school went the the beach. I was so excited and cold, but I thought it would be very hot when the school got to the beach.
We put our bags down and started to play and eat. A few students and I, headed down to play in the sand. We started to watch the first kayaking group learning how to move their paddles.
Then we walked around trying to tell the other groups to get ready when it’s their turn to go kayaking. We went down to the beach again to go to Mrs. Anderson and see how she was doing.
After that we played catch. When some of my friends went to go swim I just stood by Mrs Anderson and holding things for Lavinia and Chevy.
Then when everyone got out of the water for lunch. We went to make heart in the sand and put in room 6 in the middle of the heart.
After that everyone at the beach started to pack up and get ready to go back to school. Then Mr. Johnston said that he had a great day at the beach. Everyone else had fun too.
